First
Generation Cores
Unlike other
toner remanufacturing companies, TLS never rebuilds a previously
remanufactured cartridge. Only first generation, “virgin” (never
before remanufactured) OEM cores are used when producing a TLS Signature™
toner cartridge.
Pre-Testing
All cartridge
cores are pre-tested prior to production. Most other companies rely on
post-testing quality control only.
Seal
Design Enhances QC
Most other
cartridge manufacturers use a pull-tab seal to prevent leaking, but which
prevents multiple-page quality control tests. Our unique manufacturing
process allows us to run four separate multi-page quality control
tests. No cartridge will ship unless the print quality is perfect.
Hand-Built
Every toner
cartridge is built by hand from start to finish by a trained technician.
Unlike an assembly line process where there can be a lack of
accountability for any deviations in quality, no TLS Signature cartridge
leaves our facility without the actual signature of the technician
who built it - hence our name, the Signature™ Cartridge!
All
Brand New Components
Most
remanufacturers reuse the internal parts of a cartridge over and over. The
TLS Signature™ is more appropriately termed a “new compatible”
cartridge because the internal components, such as the drum, blade,
rollers and toner, are all brand new in every cartridge.
Highest
Quality Bottled Toner
Only the
highest quality bottled toner on the market today, Tokyo Printing Ink (TPI)
is used in all our cartridges. TPI toner has a resolution factor
specifically compatible with your printer output: 200dpi, 400dpi, 600dpi
and 1200dpi to equal or surpass the print quality of OEM cartridges.
"Globbing"
Effects are Eliminated
Rather than
vat or filling machine, TLS uses single, sterile, pre-measured bottles of
toner for each cartridge. Using bottled toner dramatically reduces the
risk of contamination by dirt or dust particles thus eliminating any “globbing”
effects or uneven areas on your printouts.
