To Whom It May Concern: I have had the pleasure of working with Tabin Technology over the past year and have found they have an excellent management team with superior customer service and industry knowledge. The Howard Hughes Medical Institute is the largest non-profit research organization in the United States, located at over 50 universities nationwide. Needless to say, our company is constantly in the process of updating our information technology to remain on the cutting edge. As a Purchasing Coordinator for HHMI, I am responsible for enduring the timely delivery of goods and services to our scientific Investigators. I manage (22) supply budgets ranging from $100,000 to $500,000, plus equipment purchases. It is not often that I sit down and write a letter of recommendation. In the case of doing business with Tabin Technology, Inc., I feel the need to make an exception. We have been doing business with Tabin for a little more than a year now, purchasing everything from computer systems to toner cartridges. Being a non-for profit organization we need to look at every penny we spend. Tabin has come through consistently with very competitive pricing and quick turn around on the items we have ordered. Many of the items we have ordered have been last minute and our sales representative always seems to come through for us. To Whom It May Concern: In these fast-paced business times, when voicemail replaces conversation, memos are distributed via E-Mail, and faxes bypass the Postal Service, strong and reliable business relationships are hard to form. With this in mind, it is my pleasure to share with you my experience in dealing with Tabin Imaging Solutions. In my position, I interact with a variety of vendors on a daily basis. As is to be expected, some service providers are better than others. Often times, a vendors' price will be good, but their service will suffer from their pricing strategy. I can tell you that TIS is not this kind of organization. On numerous occasions, TIS has been there for me. They have been able to handle all of my toner needs. TIS has treated every emergency order I have presented to them with the utmost urgency and professionalism. They have processed them in a timely fashion, regardless of the size of the order. TIS has also gone out of their way to provide me with information regarding our supply of toner. Once, they knew our supply on a specific toner was low before I even knew it! Time and again, TIS has proven they are a vendor I can trust. They provide a good product at a fair price with excellent customer service. What more could you ask for from a service provider! To Whom it may concern: Hewitt Associates LLC has been using Tabin Imaging Solutions for several years. In this time we have ordered thousands of OEM and TLS Signature Brand” toner cartridges that have been used in all of our U.S. offices. Every time I interact with Tabin I can count on them to respond quickly and professionally. The printed document is vital to our business and we expect excellent quality from our cartridges. We performed extensive print quality tests before deciding to switch to Tabin Imaging Solutions compatible cartridges. The verdict has been unanimous; Tabin Imaging Solutions compatible cartridges have performed as good as or better than the new Hewlett Packard cartridges. I've received quotes and tested cartridges from many of the large distributors of toner cartridges in the Chicago-land area and none of them could compete with the quality and pricing of Tabin Imaging Solutions. It has worked out very well for us to purchase our cartridges directly from a manufacturer and eliminate the distributor markup. Tabin has been very flexible and has worked hard to tailor our account to meet our special requirements. We have no regrets switching our business to Tabin Imaging Solutions.
