Larry Carter, Technical Services Manager, has been in the computer industry
since 1988. His technical background includes a computer programming minor
at Illinois State University and the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He
began his computer career with PC Distributing as an Account Representative
offering networking solutions to resellers across the midwest and southern
U.S. His experience grew in networking, upgrades and telecommunications
technologies in most of the major manufacturers' product lines. In 1993 he
met Joshua Tabin while working as a Network Consultant at ELEK-TEK, Inc.
where he also developed the company's first Internet Web site. Larry
continued as a Network Consultant with two large network services
specialists in downtown Chicago including TechLaw, a national law firm
technology provider. He holds certifications in Citrix and Compaq. His ten plus years experience add an important piece
to the Tabin Technology offerings in consulting advice and technical
expertise for our clients. |

Dell Rico Jackson, Corporate Account Representative, has a bachelors degree in Justice,
Morality and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University. Rico has worked in the computer industry since 1990.
He began his career in computers as an assistant manager for Software Etc. After two years of software retail, he moved on
to ELEK-TEK, establishing several relationships with fortune 1000 companies. During his 2-year stint at the retail level,
Rico also worked as a service manager affording him the opportunity to hone his technical skills as a PC technician. In
August of 1998 Rico became a Corporate Sales Executive for Tabin Technology, Inc. Rico's personal motto is quite simply
"Make it as easy as possible for a client to buy goods and services they can depend on." His hobbies include, but are not
restricted to, tennis, poetry, weight lifting and establishing genuine relationships with people who believe in sharing in
a rich and equally rewarding lifestyle.

Our Purchasing Manager, Scott E. Kaplan, has a Bachelor of Arts in
Psychology with a Minor in History from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Mr.
Kaplan was born and raised in Omaha, NE and left for Chicago in 1995. During his
collegiate career he went on a pilgrimage to the Middle East where he
visited Israel, Egypt and Lebanon. Once in Chicago, Scott started as an Account
Manager for Computer Discount Warehouse for two years where he succeeded
his goal in sales from $200,000 to over $1,000,000 in annual sales. Within
those two years as an Account Manager Scott gained valuable vendor relationships
as well as a well rounded knowledge for the industry. Currently Scott is in
charge of Purchasing for Tabin Technology and is growing his vendor base
daily. |

Keith J. Kouzmanoff joined Tabin Technology, Inc. as an Account Manager in
April of 1998. Keith was born the forth of six children in Champaign IL,
1967. Keith and Josh Tabin became friends at the ripe age of nine, and
have been the best of friends ever since. As a youth he earned his Eagle
Scout badge as well as making 3rd Board on his high school varsity chess
team for three years. Keith considers one of his best achievements as a
young man to be the successful travelling soccer team that he
single-handedly organized and coached. Beyond that he also served as the
team captain, starting right winger, and sometimes even the goalie! This
endeavor helped him to develop a competitive spirit and leadership
qualities. After completing high school, he attended Parkland College and
Tennessee State University where he earned degrees in Mathematics and
Physics. His experience in the technology industry started at the Parkland
College Computer Lab where he served as the site manager. After graduation
he worked for Electronic Data Systems Corporation as a Computer Operator.
No one at TTI is complete without an interesting experience, and Keith is
no exception. For five years he had the enviable position of working on a
cruise ship in the Caribbean. He worked his up from the lowly Disc Jockey
to the coveted post of Cruise Director (just don't call him Julie)! After
tiring of a life at sea, he returned to Champaign, IL, landing a sales
position with the American Software and Hardware Corporation, a major
computer distribution company. Josh Tabin, in need of a new Account
Manager to maintain the explosive growth of TTI, convinced Keith to give
up his lucrative position in order to join the TTI team. He's never looked
back! His hobbies include amateur radio, graphic design, sailing,
photography, soccer, rollerblading, and racing motorcycles. |

Joe Martinez joined Tabin Technology in 1997 as its first full time
employee. Joe considers his role in getting the company off the ground
to be one of his most important achievements. In his tenure he has
witnessed and participated in the explosive growth of the company. He
considers himself a keen student of the technology industry whose goal
is to keep a finger on its pulse and keep his customers abreast of new
developments in business technology. He is a graduate of the University
of Illinois, majoring in English with minors in History
and Anthropology. His hobbies include, in-line skating, skateboarding,
snowboarding, cycling, and travel. |

Cory Masters, Director of Sales, has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois.
Mr. Masters began his career in the technology field in 1993 at ASAP
Software in Buffalo Grove, where he was a Corporate Account Executive,
working with Fortune-1000 clients. At ASAP Software Mr. Masters became
versed at efficient means of providing software and related services to
mid-sized and large corporate clients. After several years in the software
field, Mr. Masters accepted a position in Outside Sales at Hartford
Computer Group, Inverness, IL. At Hartford, Mr. Masters learned the value
of selling a complete solution (hardware, software and services) and
developed a very personal approach to working with his clients and business
partners. In January 1998 Mr. Masters was became the Corporate Sales
Manager for Tabin Technology, Inc. (TTI), Chicago, IL. "My past experience
in both software and hardware sales, along with my commitment to providing
the most personal customer service have been valuable assets in the
transition to TTI." Mr. Masters is now concentrating on building a solid
client base for TTI as well as assisting in the administration of
client-based policies and procedures that ensure TTI's success in the
technology industry. |

Account Manager, Ron Schankin,
had his first computer experience at age 9 when he used the educational PLATO system at the
University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. He became friends with Joshua Tabin while a
student at Champaign Central High. Later, while attending Illinois State University, he worked
in marketing and production at software developer, Wolfram Research. At ISU Ron took
several computer classes and received a degree in Organizational Psychology. After
graduation he attended the University of Illinois and worked for the Beckman
Institute conducting Neuro-psychological research at Carle Foundation Hospital. Ron
also worked in the service department for Good Vibes, a popular audio-video retailer
in Champaign. In 1996 Ron begun selling electronics, where he learned customers are
the most important part of a sale. He joined the Tabin team in April, 1999 and is
genuinely excited about serving our clients. Ron enjoys biking, hiking, sailing,
SCUBA and surfing (the net).

James Shaw, Configuration Services Manager, has a very extensive history with
computers. He started with the PLATO system at the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana in 1978, then
programmed BASIC and FORTRAN in high school with punch cards and
moved up to PASCAL, C, and Z80 assembly language in college. After that, he worked at a computer store in
Urbana for nearly five years configuring new and used PCs. His career training in computer configuration
allowed him to work on everything from Commodore 64 to Amiga, Apple II to Macintosh, and IBM PC to PS/2. This
extensive knowledge propelled him to a position as a field service engineer for IBM where he provided
service for the entire central Illinois region. His next stop was with ELEK-TEK, a major computer retailer in the midwest.
There he assisted the company with the integration of a new network and networking services department.
MicroAge, River North in Chicago, was lucky enough to have him for two years as he supported existing computer
networks and system rollouts for major corporations like Ameritech and First Options. His long time relationship
with Joshua Tabin brought him to Tabin Technology in 1998. He provides our clientele with the best technical support
in the business and configures the most reliable and efficient systems in the industry. His hobbies are servers, PCs
and computer software. He lives and breathes computers and is a great asset to our company and our customers.
