Mr. Joshua Z. Tabin , our Chairman and CEO, has a Bachelor of Arts
in Business Accounting and Sociology from the University of Illinois,
Champaign/Urbana, IL, and
over 13 years of experience in the computer industry. Early in his career,
Mr. Tabin functioned as a programmer and consultant at SuperValu
Corporation, working with Burroughs (and then Unisys) mainframe computers.
Mr. Tabin was also active in the development of PC-based
database and information systems for cost center tracking. In 1990, Mr.
Tabin transitioned into the field of Corporate Sales and Management
for ComputerLand and in 1993 moved to Chicago, IL to work at Elek-Tek, Inc.
where he created an account base that generated over $30
million in annual revenues. This was accomplished by leveraging
relationships with Fortune 500 companies including: Case Corporation,
Comdisco, GE Capital TMS, North American Philips, and Premark
International. As a National Corporate Accounts Manager, Mr. Tabin
developed Channel Strategies, Vendor/Manufacturer relationships,
distribution models, and market development strategies. Since 1996 Mr.
Tabin has been CEO of Tabin Technology, Inc. |

Vincent P. Willas: Our Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Vincent P.
Willas, in addition to a Masters Degree in Business Administration, has
degrees in Biology and Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago. His
more than ten years of corporate business experience includes serving as
Vice President of Operations for Reid Psychological Systems. During Mr.
Willas' tenure there, he was instrumental in helping grow the company
by more than 75%. His work is characterized by a high degree of
professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail. Mr. Willas has been
particularly effective at developing strong alliances with TTI's more than
200 vendors and is responsible for the excellent relationships with our
lenders and banks. His meticulous attention to fiscal matters allows
Tabin Technology, Inc. to maintain a well-organized and efficient
operation. |

Nicole Heinrich, President of Total Laser Solutions, Inc. a division of Tabin Technology, Inc.,
began expressing her entrepreneurial streak in 1991 in Tokyo, Japan. Ms. Heinrich worked in Ginza as an English-speaking facilitator for
several large Japanese Corporations while undertaking studies in lingual and cultural differences between Japanese and American corporate
business. During this time Nicole became acquainted with the President of the Panasonic division of Matsushita Electric, the General Manager
of Mitsubishi, the President of NEC, and many other influential heads of Japanese business. In 1994, Ms. Heinrich founded the Culture Oasis
Bed and Breakfast in Nice, France. During this time, she also studied French language and culture at the University of Nice. After returning
to the United States in 1996, Ms. Heinrich formed Total Laser Solutions, Inc. (TLS), a laser printer service, maintenance and supply company
out of her home in Chicago, IL. TLS booked it's first sale in January of 1997, and within one year's time the company posted monthly sales
approaching ½ million dollars with only five employees. In August 1997, she established a d.b.a. in the state of Illinois for Tabin Corporation.
Combined 1998 annual sales are currently projected at more than $20 million with only fifteen employees.
Total Laser Solutions, Inc. (TLS), was established in 1996 as a woman-managed company providing environmentally responsible business products serving major corporations and educational institutions primarily in the Chicago area. Beginning with new and remanufactured laser printer toner cartridges, TLS soon expanded nationwide by providing printer maintenance & service, broadening its product offerings to include general office supplies. In 1997 TLS moved to its new Chicago corporate headquarters at 4200 West Diversey. |

Our Purchasing Manager, Scott E. Kaplan, has a Bachelor of Arts in
Psychology with a Minor in History from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Mr.
Kaplan was born and raised in Omaha, NE and left for Chicago in 1995. During his
collegiate career he went on a pilgrimage to the Middle East where he
visited Israel, Egypt and Lebanon. Once in Chicago, Scott started as an Account
Manager for Computer Discount Warehouse for two years where he succeeded
his goal in sales from $200,000 to over $1,000,000 in annual sales. Within
those two years as an Account Manager Scott gained valuable vendor relationships
as well as a well rounded knowledge for the industry. Currently Scott is in
charge of Purchasing for Tabin Technology and is growing his vendor base
daily. |
